African mix of spices for barbecue. Excellent spice even for making a marinade with a hint of spiciness. The spice is roughly crushed and, if desired, you can also mince it.

The following ingredients are found in this spice:
cumin, coriander, sea salt, pepper, turmeric, chilli, ginger, garlic, parsley, cinnamon, mustard, allspice, onion, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves.

We must add that we personally use it and we are delighted with the aroma that it gives to meat dishes!
