Your order has been shipped and a tracking number was provided in your shipping confirmation email.

All shipments are sent with mandatory signature upon delivery. The package must be signed for at the address provided and by the person it is addressed to. In some cases, a household member may sign if personally known to the postal carrier. Because of this procedure, the package cannot be delivered to unrelated third parties or simply disappear.

Once the shipment arrives in your country, the delivery process is fully handled by your local postal service.

YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE DIRECTLY WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND ASK WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS.

Please do not wait. In many countries, if the package is not collected or successfully delivered, it is returned to the sender within 3 to 7 days, depending on local postal regulations.

It is very common that postal services claim a delivery notice was left, even if the recipient did not receive or see any notice. For this reason, it is extremely important that you actively check the tracking status and contact your local post office immediately once the package reaches your area.

We do not have access to any additional tracking details beyond what is visible through the tracking number, and we are not able to contact or manage your local postal service on your behalf.

Our automated notification system is fully operational. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, you will need to research the issue online or contact your email provider to investigate why our messages are being blocked or filtered. 

Our system is configured to filter out direct emails for security and organization. We do not accept direct email inquiries. For a guaranteed response, all communication must be sent exclusively through the Contact Form on our website. Additionally, please make sure to log in to your account before sending your message.

  • Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Free of charge.

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major cards with no extra fees.

  • PayPal: Please note that PayPal payments incur an additional processing fee. 

We can update your address if the order is still being processed. However, if your package has already been packed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any further changes. 

Of course! All orders are sent exclusively with a tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the order details section of your account.

Yes, we ship worldwide! For more specific details regarding shipping times and costs, please always refer to the information provided under our "Delivery & Payment" section. 

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
