Lost or Destroyed Packages: If customs destroys or loses your package, we cannot issue a refund.
Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping. You are responsible for the return postage (2 euros) and the cost of reshipping the package.

Shipment Delivery:
Registered shipments require a signature from the recipient (the person the shipment is addressed to).

P.O. Boxes & Delivery Instructions:
Do not order if you want your package sent to a P.O. Box or if you won't be home to receive it. We cannot leave packages with neighbors.
If you provide a P.O. Box address and the package gets lost or undelivered, you lose the right to a refund.
Returns & Reshipping:
If a package is returned to us for any reason, you must pay for the return shipping (2 euros) as well as the cost to resend it.
Tracking and Delivery Delays:
If your tracking shows the package is still at the origin post office, this means it is in transit. Please contact your local post office directly with the tracking number for updates.
We are not a post office and cannot track the shipment for you.
We are not responsible for delivery times.
Lost Package or Delayed Delivery:
If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, we can only request an investigation after 30 days from the shipping date. We highly recommend selecting Insured Shipping for added security.
