They turn from an attractive green to a bright red as they mature. Plants are medium-sized, and their growth habit is best described as an open bush, with branching from the base. They are great when stuffed or added to a curry for a little extra heat. The taste is absolutely amazing, fruitful, sweet and moderately hot in the center. The chilies are not super-hot, reaching about 36,000 scoville units.
