Una is a mid-early variety of paprika originating from Serbia. The length of the fruit is 14-18 cm, the width is about 4 cm, the weight is 80-120 g, and the thickness of the flesh is about 5 mm. The fruit is yellow-green when technologically ripe, and intensely red when physiologically ripe. The fruit is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling, baking, freezing and other forms of industrial processing. It achieves a high and stable yield with an increased content of dry matter.
